Install on Windows

The two things you install once on a Windows PC, in the order that works.

There are two pieces and they do different jobs. The connector is a small background program that sends your closed trades to this dashboard. The addon runs inside Bookmap and records the market around your orders, which is what lets the coach see what you were looking at and not only what you traded.

Install the connector first. What the addon writes has nowhere to go until the connector is there to send it.

Install the connector

  1. Sign in to the dashboard, open Set up your recording and click Get pairing code. Copy it and leave the page open.
  2. Click Download for Windows. You are getting version 0.16.0.
  3. Make a new folder for it anywhere you will keep it, for example C:\AINorden. Avoid Downloads, Program Files and USB drives.
  4. Move the download into that folder and unzip it there.
  5. Open the program inside.
  6. If Windows says it does not recognise it, click More info, then Run anyway. The file is new rather than unsafe, and Windows says the same thing about anything it has not seen before.
  7. Paste your pairing code and confirm.
  8. When it says All set, the connector is done.

Leave that folder where it is. The connector remembers its own location so it can start with Windows, and moving or deleting it afterwards breaks that.

Install the addon

  1. Back on Set up your recording, click Download the addon. You are getting v14.
  2. Move the downloaded file into a folder you will keep, not Downloads. Bookmap remembers where the file is, and moving it later stops the addon.
  3. In Bookmap open Settings, then Configure add-ons, then Add, and pick that file.
  4. Tick the checkbox next to Norden Statistics to turn it on.
  5. Restart Bookmap and check the box is still ticked.

Tick it on every instrument you trade. If you trade ES and NQ, tick it on ES and on NQ. An instrument you forget records nothing and nothing warns you: that day comes out empty for that symbol.

Then trade

Trade in simulation, live or replay as you normally would, and come back to the dashboard. It fills on its own.

Recording starts the day you install it. Whatever you traded before that stays on your machine and is never uploaded.
