Why the live notes stopped
The reasons the coach's notes pause, from the daily limits to the AI credits of a plan, what each one says on the feed, when they come back, and where your credits show.
The notes pause, the analysis never does
Every closed trade gets a short note from the coach on the dashboard's live feed. A few limits can pause those notes. When one does, the feed says so in its own line, and nothing else stops: your trades are still recorded, the rules still run, the Journal and the score still fill.
The daily lines
"Today's AI coaching budget is spent, so the live notes are paused. They come back at 00:00 UTC. Your trades are still recorded and analyzed." Each trader has a daily budget for everything the coach writes, notes included, and a long session spends it. Midnight UTC is after every US session closes, so the next day starts clean.
"Today's live note limit is reached, so the live notes are paused. They come back when the daily limit resets. Your trades are still recorded and analyzed." A separate ceiling on the number of notes, three hundred, which a very long day can reach before the budget does.
"Today's replay coaching limit is reached, so the live notes are paused on replay sessions. They come back at 00:00 UTC. Your trades are still recorded and analyzed." Replay is practice against a recording, and it gets its own, smaller allowance of coached trades: the first hundred in a UTC day get a note, the rest get the rule analysis, which is free. A single replay sitting stays under it; several in the same day can reach it. Live and simulator sessions are not affected by this one.
When your account runs on AI credits
An account that runs on AI credits shows them at the foot of the menu, on every screen that has the menu, and on a phone under More. Your plan's name is on top, No plan if you hold none, then the credits you can spend now, then how many of the month's are left and the date they come back, and any credits from top ups. Folded to its icons, the menu keeps the figure. On a window narrower than 1024 pixels the menu stays folded, with no button to unfold it, so everything but the figure, from your plan's name and the date to the links, shows only on a wider window, or under More on a phone held upright. The month's credits come back at 00:00 UTC on the first of each month; top up credits stay when the month turns, and a read takes the month's first.
Each read the coach writes has a price in credits: a live note is 1 credit, and What a read costs, folded under the credits, lists what every other read your plan opens costs. On a short window, up to 760 pixels tall, the list gives way to the rest of the menu, and each read you ask for says its own price where you ask for it. A read is charged once it is written, never for one that failed. From the time half of the month's credits are used, a line under them says what share is used, rounded down to a whole percent, so a month with a credit left never reads 100%. Once the month's are all used, the line says that reads now draw on your top up credits, or, with none left, that your credits are used up until the date they return.
If there are no credits at the foot of the menu, or under More on a phone, your account does not run on them: no read takes credits, and none of the feed's lines that name credits or a plan appear. On an account that runs on them, two more lines can appear on the feed.
"Your AI credits are used up, so the live notes are paused. They come back on" followed by a date. The month's credits are spent, and any top up credits too. The date is the first of the next month, when the month's credits return, and the credits in the menu give the same date. When a top up is on sale, the line goes on "or with a top up": one brings the notes back before that date.
"Live notes use AI credits, and this account has none yet, so they are paused." The account holds no plan and no credits. The line says what starts them: a plan, or, when a top up is on sale, a plan or a top up.
With credits, the daily budget line becomes a ceiling, and its line reads "Today's AI coaching has reached its daily ceiling, so the live notes are paused. They come back at 00:00 UTC, and no credits were taken. Your trades are still recorded and analyzed." It is there to protect the service, it sits well above an ordinary trading day, and reaching it takes no credits.
Replay sessions your plan does not coach
"Live notes on replay sessions come with Pro and Master, so this replay is not coached. Your replay trades are still recorded and analyzed." On an account that runs on credits, a replay session on a plan that does not coach replay gets this line once and no notes, and takes no credits. Live and simulator sessions are coached on every plan. A top up does not change it; a plan that coaches replay does.
When the credits could not be read
On an account that runs on credits, the credits can fail to be read, and that is never taken for an empty balance: nothing is charged. The menu says "Your AI credits could not be read just now." with no figure, and, folded, it keeps the credits' icon alone. A read you ask for is not written: a debrief and the coach's chat say "your AI credits could not be checked just now, and nothing was charged; try again in a moment", and the brief cards offer to try again. The live notes stop for that upload with no line on the feed, and the next upload asks again.
When they come back
The budget line, the ceiling line and the replay limit line lift at 00:00 UTC. The credits line lifts on the date it names, when the month's credits return, or before it with a top up. The line for an account with no credits lifts with a plan, or with a top up when one is on sale, and the line for a replay your plan does not coach lifts only with a plan that does. The note limit counts the twenty four hours from the first note it counted, so it lifts a day after that first note rather than at midnight, which for most traders is some time during the next session.
The support assistant on the Support page has a small daily budget of its own and does not touch this one: asking it why the notes stopped costs the coach nothing and takes no credits.
A session uploaded late gets no notes at all
A session whose last trade is more than two days old gets the rules and the score but no live notes on the export that first brings it, and the feed says nothing about it. If that export keeps growing, a replay or a simulator session you are in right now, the notes start from its next update. A complete day uploaded once from the past gets none: the notes are for the session you are in, and a day from last week has nothing left to coach live.
What to do
Nothing, for the daily lines: the notes return on their own. For the credits lines, the credits at the foot of the menu say what is left and when the month's credits return. To get more before then, buy a top up with Add a top up, under the credits, when one is on sale. A plan above yours grants more credits each month and opens more of the product, and whatever your plan does not open says which plans do: Upgrade, beside your plan's name, opens the page where the plans are sold, when that page is linked. Both show only with the menu unfolded, or under More on a phone: on a window narrower than 1024 pixels the menu cannot unfold, so widen the window to see them.
If neither link is there with the menu unfolded or under More, or the credits look wrong, or a top up you bought does not show there, open a ticket about access and membership and copy what the credits in the menu say, and the feed's line if there is one, word for word, with the date. Paying for a plan or a top up is a question for a ticket too.
If the feed went quiet with no line saying why, look at the credits in the menu first: when they could not be read, the next upload asks again. Otherwise that is a different problem: check that the connector is running and that the addon is ticked on the instrument you are trading, and if both are, open a ticket and paste the end of the connector's log.
