The dashboard is empty though the connector says paired
Every reason a traded session does not appear, in the order worth checking.
Pairing means the connector can talk to your account. It does not mean anything was recorded. Almost every empty dashboard is one of the following, and they are listed in the order that catches the most people first.
1. The addon was not ticked on that instrument
The addon is what writes your closed trades, and the tick is per instrument. If you trade ES and NQ and the box is ticked on ES only, nothing of the NQ day is written and nothing warns you. Check every instrument you actually traded, not just the one you set up first.
This is the most common cause by a distance.
The half result worth recognising: depending on what else your Bookmap is set up to write, an untick can show up as a day that arrives with the trades and nothing of the market around them, rather than as no day at all. Same cause, same fix.
2. Bookmap was closed, or the addon was off
Nothing is recorded while Bookmap is closed, and nothing is recorded on an instrument whose box is unticked. If Bookmap was restarted, confirm the box survived the restart: a stale addon entry, one pointing at a file that has since moved, silently comes back unticked.
3. The position is still open
A session is built from closed trades. A position you are still holding is not in the export yet, so a day where nothing closed produces nothing to show.
4. It was not a futures contract
The analysis is built for futures. Tick tables, spread standards and every rule baseline assume a dated contract, so a stock export is acknowledged, the connector moves on, and it is never stored, coached or counted. A day of stock trading comes out empty and that is deliberate.
5. The connector is not running on that machine
It runs in the background and starts with the computer, but only if its folder stayed where it was. If the folder was moved, deleted, or it was run from Downloads, it will not have started with your machine, and days can pile up unsent until it is opened again. Nothing is lost by that: it uploads what it finds when it next runs.
6. Replay with unusable timestamps
Some Bookmap playback exports stamp trades with a date the calendar cannot place. There is no honest day to file those under, and the hold and fill numbers computed from them would be meaningless, so they are refused rather than shown. Ordinary replay against real dates is fine and does appear.
What to send us
Open a ticket with the dashboard is empty and include three things: the date and instrument you traded, whether Bookmap was open the whole time, and the end of the connector's log.
ai-norden-connector.logThat log is next to the connector program. With those three, the cause is usually visible without another exchange.
